Progression, and a serious yet friendly enviroment and a promise to strive for higher rahter then settle |

Leaders taking a break, people considering splitting etc.... Faction change for myself hence here. |

Do you consider yourself a hardcore or casual raider?

I like to think Hardcore, If im going to go somewhere it is to down them not for attempts. Im very specific and i know my job well
Although, My current guild is casual and they only did 10 mans ( Not enogh 25's) Pugged with other Alliance guilds to accomplish them

Familliar, willing to use one although i personally belive loot is based on preformance. Do a shitty job get nothing. Do well and be rewarded. Incentive for becoming better and master at your current task and ultimate progression |
